TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Private/Semi-private/Private group package Terms

Please note all packages must be paid in full on first day of class. Packages expire six (3) months from date of purchase. Packages are non refundable. Please cancel or change lesson at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that lesson. Once dates are reserved for your private/semi lessons note that if you cancel a reserved date you will be charged a min of $30/hr for the cancelled lesson.

Academy Class Tuition Terms

Please note full tuition is due on the first day of session. No refunds after first class.

Note: Unlimited Monthly Makeup policy.

Students can attend any same-level class for makeups throughout the month, providing greater flexibility when needed to compensate for missed lessons, even if multiple classes are skipped.

Please note that ALL makeup sessions MUST be used up within the month. Monthly makeups DO NOT carry over into the following month; therefore, the only class that cannot be made up is the last class of the month.

However, if you are aware in advance that you will miss the final class, you may attend an alternate session within the same month.

We do not prorate our sessions. We have our drop in option if you believe you will miss more than 1 class.

Varsity and pre-collegiate Training Tuition Terms

Tuition is due on the first day of the month. A $10 late fee will be applied for late payments. No refunds however, we do consider special circumstances. Make ups do not roll over to next month. For rain outs we reschedule those classes or you can attend any of our weekend training classes at one of our community training locations.​

 

SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

  • Cancel 2 months or more prior to the first day of camp: Receive an 85% refund returned via your original payment method.
  • Cancel 1 to 2 months prior to the first day of camp: Receive a 70% credit to use toward future academy programs.
  • Cancel 3 to 4 weeks prior to the first day of camp: Receive a 50% credit to use toward future academy programs.
